Description of the apartment
A deluxe apartment situated on the first floor of a restored building, conserving the protected façade.
The apartment has a dinning-living room with outside views decorated with design furniture and fully equipped with DVD, TV, and CD.
The room situated on a mezzanine overlooking the living has a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all you need for your commodity.
On the entrance of the apartment there is a closed.
Bathroom with shower and all the complements you’ll need.

Kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, boiler, and all the items you need on a kitchen.
Blower, towels, pillows.
If necessary we can bring a cradle, on previous demand.
Prices
The apartment is only rented per days or weeks.

Extra services
30 euros last day cleannig service not include.
Additional fees
Bond 200 €
The bond will be return complete the last day of the stay if there are no incidences on the apartment.
Availability
We please ask to consult the availability of places filling the included form.
In case we wouldn’t have availability on this apartment on the dates you would wish we will inform you about the possibilities of others apartments.
Reservation
Once you have read and accepted the terms and conditions, we please ask to fill the attached form to proceed on the reservation of the apartment. Once you finnish the reservation form you have to pay the reservation fee - 30% of the total amount - throught the bank's system.
This fee can be done by credit card or transfer bank.
